Our soap is SLS and SLES free, it does not contain any chemical lathering agents.

Please note: Our 5 lb and 20 lb soap varieties are sold as assorted cut pieces, while the Tub is in a plastic container of solid soap base.

Packaging:

We suggest that Melt and pour bases should be packaged in plastic or air tight packaging to alleviate any humidity getting to the soap.

Adding Fragrance Oils:

We recommend using .3-.5oz per pound, if you add too much FO the soap cannot hold it and it will pool on the top of the soap but please remember this is going to be different for each FO especially due to their viscosity or weights, so please use this as a guide (it will be different for everyone).

All of WCCS fragrance oils are all formulated to use in melt and pour soap bases.

Directions for use:

• cut into small chunks
• put in a microwave safe bowl or use a double boiler method
• heat to 125-140° (do not go any higher than 140° it can scorch)
• if microwaving, only heat it up in 30 second intervals and stir until smooth
• once melted all the way thru add your fragrance oil and or colorants (we use mica!)
• mix until incorporated
• pour into a mold
• spray tops of soap with 99% isopropyl alcohol to pop any bubble and this will make smooth tops!
• sets up in a few hours!  Then you can package it.
